Beautiful handmade and naturally dyed pure wool scarves
After months of deliberation (and avoidance) I have finally sorted out my initial foray in online selling.
As a starting point I eventually decided to give Folksy – the place to buy handmade gifts and craft supplies and for British designers and makers to sell their work – a try.
It was very easy and my new shop is now up and running so I hope you will make a quick visit and check it out.

Meet Santa, enjoy Christmas Pud and Mulled Wine whilst listening to the Carol Singers. Choose presents for those special people from a variety of seasonal craft gift and local produce stalls.

Tweed – it’s oh so fashionable with lots of lovely high quality products on the market – such as this fabulous Man Bag by Catherine Aitken. Plus some not so good ‘makers’ who have jumped on the bandwagon. But will the trend last and quality out? I do hope so.
Join members of the Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable Hub for their Christmas Fair and buy affordable, original art and accessories for that special person.

Paulette’s husband was really helpful and spent ages discussing their business with me and giving me advice, I thought he was extremely generous in sharing his knowledge and really appreciated the time he gave me. Paulette also designs her own tweeds so I was particularly fascinated to see their colour blanket, woven on her selected warp, which shows the results of using a huge range of different weft threads.
I loved Jane’s beautiful textile art and she was extremely enthusiatic about my work which was a great boost.
Another must visit site! Delicious food, beautiful gallery and setting, inspiring art. I was totally won over. Lesley and Alisdair Wiseman have got all the elements just right.
My new show is up and ready – hope we get lots of visitors.
