These pieces were dyed with St John’s Wort (which I picked and dried myself) and with purchased walnut leaves.  Most of the colour variations have been achieved by length and temperature of dyeing on Bute and Soft Donegal wool.Picture 630

Contemporary Textiles Fair

Yey! Just booked Stand 4 at Landmark’s Contemporary Textiles Fair in Teddington 8-10 March. Excited and nervous at the same time – hope visitors like my work.

Excellent news but now comes the hard work building up sufficient stock levels.

Also entering Luton Hoo Walled Garden Open so no time for Standing and Staring for me!
